Eligible Investors

Type of investors​

All types of investors can subscribe to Spiko's Funds. We can onboard:

  • individuals and entities (e.g. foundations, private companies, DAOs, etc.)
  • professionnal and non-professionnal investors.
Regarding entities

For legal reasons, we are required to deal with registered entities. This means that, unfortunately, we are unable to onboard DAOs that do not have a legal wrapper. The reason is that owners of tokens are registered shareholders and therefore must have a legal existence.

Minimum amounts​

  • The minimum investment amount in our Funds is $1,000 or €1,000. After your initial investment, you can reinvest starting from $1 or €1.
  • The minimum redemption amount is $1 or €1.

Countries​

We can onboard investors from all countries except the following ones:

  • Africa:

    • North Africa: Libya
    • West Africa: Burkina Faso, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal
    • East Africa: Mozambique, Uganda, Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Tanzania, Zimbabwe
    • Central Africa: Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo
    • Southern Africa: South Africa

  • Americas:

    • Caribbean: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos Islands, Trinidad and Tobago
    • Central America: Belize, Nicaragua, Panama
    • North America: United States (if you are an accredited investor from the United States interested in investing in Spiko Funds, please reach out at contact@spiko.finance)
    • South America: Venezuela

  • Asia:

    • East Asia: North Korea
    • Middle East: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Yemen, United Arab Emirates
    • South Asia: Afghanistan
    • Southeast Asia: Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam

  • Europe:

    • Belarus, Croatia, Gibraltar, Russia, Ukraine

  • Oceania:

    • Fiji, Guam, United States Virgin Islands, Palau, American Samoa, Vanuatu
